Chicago-based indoor basketball courts, Supreme Courts, announced that registration for upcoming Winter Jump Start Camps has opened. It is one of Chicago’s premier youth basketball camps
Premier Indoor Basketball Courts, Chicago Supreme Courts announced the opening of registration for the upcoming Winter Jump Start Camps. The camps feature both boys and girls youth basketball and attract young kids from across the city. More youth are joining each year, a testament to the growing popularity of youth basketball in the city, if not the entire state.
According to Supreme Courts, the goal of the program is to provide young second graders with a fun, learning environment. Young players are learning the basics of basketball and, more importantly, loving the game. The goal is to ensure that kids exiting the jump-start session know how to use good footwork and fit when dribbling, pivoting, and shooting. Supreme Courts has two Jump start sessions for the winter: The first is from November to December, the second from January to February. Registration for both programs or sessions is currently open.
The program has professional trainers on hand, biddy ball rules, regular practice of skills learned, playing on 8ft rims and there is also a player of the week. Parents and schools are strongly advised to get into the program early as places fill up quickly. Many parents want their children to learn the ins and outs of basketball from leading coaches, so those who are late can find it difficult to get a seat.

“Over the years we have helped many children discover their passion for basketball and trained many who have gone on to become outstanding players. At Supreme Courts, we want to give kids the opportunity to master the basics of basketball and develop a love for the game. We work to inspire a passion for play, which means kids are more interested, ask more questions, and have more fun. Having fun is a big part of igniting the spark that so many youngsters need to keep playing and many may later play professionally.” Said a Supreme Court official speaking about Winter Jump Start Camps.
He added, “The Winter Jump Start Camps are open to both boys and girls. We have the absolute best coaches who have coached many star players that we know today. Therefore, this is the best possible environment for children to have fun and learn the various basics of basketball. Whether you’re a parent or guardian, now is the best time to enroll your child in the program and allow us to build a base for them.”
